This list is only going to get bigger and more comprehensive so I think we probably need to establish some sort heading structure etc to make it easier to understand when it gets larger. I did some re-organising so it's a bit easier on the eye, but it's far from done. And yes, I know, there are more pressing things to spend time on ;) but if people want to help we should make it clear and easy for them to do so.
